Ozama AI | Presence-Based Access Enforcement for Community Banks
Access enforcement

If they are not in the building,
their credentials do not work.

Ozama AI ties digital privilege to physical presence. When your badge and camera systems show a credentialed employee is not on site, Ozama AI can stop the privileged action in the moment instead of flagging it in tomorrow’s report.

How it works

Presence decides what a credential can do.

Ozama AI reads your badge readers, cameras, and access control alongside your digital systems. Presence becomes a condition on privileged actions, checked at the moment someone tries to use them.

Enforce

When someone attempts a privileged action, Ozama AI checks whether badge and camera data put them where they should be. If presence does not match, the action is held or blocked before it completes.

  • Wire and payment approval
  • Vault and safe deposit access
  • Core system administration
  • Teller and supervisor overrides
  • After-hours privileged access

See

Detection and correlation run underneath enforcement. Ozama AI maps your assets, watches network and endpoint activity, and lines it up against physical movement so you can see what happened and why an action was stopped.

  • Asset discovery and inventory
  • Network and endpoint monitoring
  • Badge, camera, and access correlation
  • Threat intelligence
  • Social and brand monitoring

Tune

Every rule is yours to set. Review what enforcement caught, adjust thresholds, and widen or narrow which actions require presence as you learn how your branches actually operate.

  • Per-action rule configuration
  • Review queue for held actions
  • Security posture reporting
  • Staff training records
  • Policy adjustment over time
Enforcement controls

You decide what enforcement actually does.

Holding a transaction is a serious action. Ozama AI is built so you choose exactly where that happens, and so a problem in the system never locks your branch out of its own operations.

Three modes per rule

Every rule runs in one of three modes: alert only, require a second approver, or block. Start in alert only, watch what it would have caught, and turn on stricter modes when you are ready.

Safe when data is missing

If presence data is unavailable, a camera is offline, or a badge feed drops, the rule falls back to alert only. Ozama AI does not block on absent data.

Scoped to the actions you name

Presence rules apply only where you set them, such as wires above a threshold or vault entry. Everyday teller work is untouched.

Manual override

Named supervisors can release a held action immediately. Every override is recorded with who released it, when, and why.

Run it in shadow first

Point Ozama AI at live activity with enforcement off. You see every action it would have held, with no effect on operations, until the rules look right.

Every decision is logged

Held, released, and allowed actions are all recorded with the presence data behind them, so you can answer questions about any single decision later.

Where we focus

Built for community banks and credit unions.

We build for institutions where branch access, teller credentials, vault entry, and core banking privilege all sit in the same building and depend on the same people. That overlap is where presence-based enforcement does the most work.

01

Wire approval from an empty desk

Credentials approve a transfer while the badge system shows that employee left the branch two hours earlier.

02

Vault entry that does not match

A vault access event is recorded while the assigned staff member is on camera at another branch.

03

Core access outside branch hours

Administrative access to the core system from an account with no matching badge-in anywhere in the network.

04

Overrides from a workstation nobody is at

A supervisor override is applied at a terminal where the credentialed employee is not standing.

Other environments: the same enforcement model works anywhere physical access and system privilege overlap. Community banking is what we build for first.
